I am having problems when I hit show my sweeps on instant win, it brings up allot of old expired and some I have never played or listed as my sweeps, also doesn't bring up all of my sweeps. just wondered if just me. any advice appreciated

Happening to me too Tobby. I go to My Sweeps and I'm seeing categories and numbers that arent mine and expired sweeps are back into my current sweeps. Real weird.  |

Having the same problem here. I almost freaked out when I went to remove the expired ones from my instant win and when I went back I had over 300 instant wins in that category LOL  |

Same here, lots of oldies but goodies and categories I never set up. I don't mind the categories but the old sweeps, yikes!

 Per Ken's post: We are in the middle of a Migration from one data center to another. You should be able to login from www.sweepstakesplus.com . These changes effect dns and could take an hour to several hours to come into effect. Everything should be back to normal soon!

The latest: Many people are able to login to SA again but there are sporadic reports of either missing my sweepstakes or
other information. This data is in sync from the old data center to the new one. It should be all caught up
eventually. If you are experiencing this problem please give this some time before submitting a case or
sending email. Thanks.

OK, just to let everyone know we are extremely unhappy with this migration from our host.
I've never seen anything like it in my several years of hosting experience. It was advertised
as a "transparent migration" and it's certainly not.
The sync that is being performed is a not working. There is a data mis match that is accounting
for the problems people are seeing on the site. In current sweepstakes and my sweepstakes.
I've decided to have them restore a full backup of the database from approximately 1-15 / 1-16 .
After the backup is restored we then have to restore some incremental snapshots of the
certain tables to include updates performed since the migration.
Then we can delete all the old sweepstakes listings from the site and everything should be back to normal.
For the time being until I post that the restore has been completed I wouldn't use my sweepstakes or
sweepscheck because this data may be lost. ( You can continue to enter any sweepstakes you wish )
After all of this is completed we should be ok.
*I'll post here when all of this has been completed. This should be completed today.

I guess you know that many sweeps from January 1 are missing from people's daily sweeps, e.g. almost all of my magazine sweeps aren't appearing and when I look for them in current sweeps they are not appearing so I can't add them and am doing them manually. e.g. redbook, cosmo, country living, womans day,martha stewart, house beautiful, harpers bazaar...

Today I am missing even more of my dailies then I was previously. They seem to be all slowly disappearing...I can only remember one that is missing, the rest I have no idea so I can't enter into those.
