And it will arrive within 7 business day. More information and the tracking number are attached in document below. Thank you. © FedEx 1995-2011 I am not sure if I should open this or if it is a hoas or what? What would you do?

Looks suspicious. I would not open it.
If I think about all the packages I received from Fedex, including ones I ordered/expected and surprise wins, I am sure I have never received such an email.

I agree that it sounds like a scam - I don't think I'd open it.

Beware - my husband and I both received the same email - if you look at the web address when you open the letter you'll notice it does not have fed Ex in it anywhere. I think it's bogus. It's also a zip file and we (fortunately did not open it). I don't think Fed Ex does things like this - ours was also sent at 10:26 at night.

I've received the exact fake email in the past from "Fed Ex" . It's 100% fake.

don't open attachments or zip file delete email this is a scam FedEx will not email you. IF YOU ARE TO REALLY RECIEVE A PACKAGE VIA FED-EX THE SENDER WOULD NOTIFY YOU AND SEND A TRACKING NUMBER NOT FED-EX.

It's a Virus - Do NOT slick on anything just delete it. There are several going around FedEx, USPS etc. None of them notify you by email. It's a really evil virus and hard to get rid of

I get them every day in my spam. I am leery of opening anything with an attachment. If they want to send me something in 7 days, I have no problem with that, but I will NOT risk getting a virus!!

I've only received two fed-x's ( I think he forgot where I live) and they didn't say anything like that. Just wait and see if it comes.
