Has anyone heard back from the Mike's Hard lemonade Grill sweepstakes. I know they picked to many winners and were trying to resolve the issue with lawyers. I talked with Mike from Holland Sales and he told me 3 weeks ago they would get back to the winners, but I have yet to hear a thing. Just curious on if I got left out or if everyone that won is still waiting ? Any info would be helpful... Thanks

I got an email from them in the last week of January after I wrote them. They sent me the following email:
Hello XXXXX,
On behalf of Mikes Hard Lemonade Co., I would like to deeply apologize for the unfortunate and displeasing experience you’ve encountered with Holland Manufacturing and the 2009 Gas Grill Sweepstakes. We at mike’s® are currently working through the final details of a resolution. We will contact you sometime during the 1st week of February to discuss the resolution. Again, we appreciate and value your business, and send our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
I did a serch on the web and found that a member of another sweep site got the same exact email and I have not heard anything yet. Like the rest of you.......still waiting.

One time, I won a grand prize from Woman's Day that took forever to get. The problem in that instance was with the supplier (the company that Woman's Day used to supply the prize). This may be a similar instance.

I got my $150 Lowes gift card two days ago.
In all my years of sweeping, I have never seen a sponsor or JA go as far as confirming someone a winner who didn't really win and have them fill out an affidavit. Of the previous eight false wins I have had, I had always been contacted prior to winner confirmation that I did not really win (glitches). I wonder how they let it get as far as it did. After confirming someone a winner, there's not much they can do but award the prize or equivalent.
